ONLINE STORE PAYMENT DIRECTIONS
Please read these directions carefully. You may want to print this page so you can refer to these directions throughout the process…
- Please click the ‘Add to Cart’ button once.
- Click the “Check out now?” link below the ‘Add to Cart’ button. Alternatively, you can click on the shopping cart icon in the upper-right area of this page.
- You will be led to a login page, where you can sign in, set up a new account, or reset your password. In order to pay, you must have a store account.
- Confirm “PDMR Report Submissions” is among the products in your cart.
- The “Quantity” of reports purchased should match the number of reports you submitted. For example, if you submitted 5 reports, you should replace the “1” with a “5”.
- Click the “Update Total” button, make sure your email address is correct, and click the “next” button.
- Proceed with the payment process by credit card.
- After payment, you will receive a receipt by email. If you must add details for your own reporting purposes, please print your receipt, and write them directly on it.
