Undergraduate Students
APS undergraduate students can register for the meeting at no charge.  If you are not an undergraduate APS member you can apply for a complimentary membership.  If you do not qualify for the membership, please contact Rebecca Melanson for more information on how to register at no charge.

Expected Behavior
We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. We ask all attendees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, guests and other participants be considerate and respectful to all members and refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech. Please note, if you register a guest for the meeting, you may be held responsible for the actions of the guest. Violations of this policy should be reported to meeting staff.  APS reserves the right to remove any individual from attendance or other participation in any APS sponsored event without prior warning or refund, and to take additional action as determined necessary, up to and including expulsion from participation in APS. Any course of action recommended by APS is final.

Accessibility and Accommodations       
APS strives to be accessible, inclusive and diverse in our facilities, programming and other offerings. Your experience in this event is important to us. If you have a disability (including but not limited to vision, mobility, hearing, physical or other health related), require communication access services for the deaf or hard of hearing, or believe that you require a reasonable accommodation for another reason we ask that you register by January 19, 2024, so APS can clarify, secure, and confirm necessary services or materials.  If you are unable to register by this date, but intend to register or if you have questions about accessibility at the event, please contact APS meetings as soon as possible.
 
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Event registration fees are non-refundable.  If APS-Southern Division cancels any portion of the meeting, APS-Southern Division is not liable for nonrefundable airfares or ticket change penalties imposed by the airlines. By registering for this conference, you agree to the cancellation and refund terms and conditions.
