Cancellations/Refunds
Meeting cancellations MUST be made in writing and received by September 24, 2025 are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received after September 24 are no subject to a refund, but may be transferred to another attendee. If the association cancels this meeting, your registration fee will be refunded in full. By registering for this meeting, you agree to the cancellation and refund terms and conditions.

Accessibility and Accommodations       
APS strives to be accessible, inclusive and diverse in our facilities, programming and other offerings. Your experience in this event is important to us. If you have a disability (including but not limited to vision, mobility, hearing, physical or other health related), require communication access services for the deaf or hard of hearing, or believe that you require a reasonable accommodation for another reason we ask that you register by September 9, 2025, so APS can clarify, secure, and confirm necessary services or materials.  If you are unable to register by this date, but intend to register or if you have questions about accessibility at the event, please contact APS meetings as soon as possible.

Expected Behavior

We ask all attendees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, guests and other participants be considerate and respectful to all members and refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech. Please note, if you register a guest for the meeting, you may be held responsible for the actions of the guest. Violations of this policy should be reported to meeting staff. 

APS reserves the right to remove any individual from attendance or other participation in any APS sponsored event without prior warning or refund, and to take additional action as determined necessary, up to and including expulsion from participation in APS. Any course of action recommended by APS is final.
